

Vehicle was reported stolen on 7 April 2010 in Braamfontein. a Signal was picked up by a Recovery agent and the SAPS from Lenasia and Rapid Response was contacted. The gate on the premises were locked and the lock was cut open with a bolt cutter. Civilians that lived on the premises were still in the house.Recovery agents with the SAPS went through the premises and found parts of different stolen vehicles, bulletproofs and unlicensed firearms.
According to the Station Commander Col. Khumalo, she thinks that the suspect was on parole for 4 other vehicle thefts. Documents on the premises show that the suspect are registered and grated with the security officers board. Vehicles was recovered on the premises and the Tracetec devices was not found. The SAPS are still busy with the investigation.
