HONDA CIVIC

 

A Honda Civic was stolen from a retirement village in Sandringham this month. How the perpetrators got the vehicle out of the village is a mystery, as the security in the village was very good. Tracetec recovery teams and the SAPS responded and located the vehicle at a house in Rabi Ridge. The vehicle was well hidden in the garden behind the garage. A door at the back of the garage was used to get the vehicle into the garden. There was no damage to the vehicle and the locks and ignition had not been tampered with. After taking fingerprints in the vehicle, the SAPS found a set of keys used to open and start the vehicle. The vehicle’s registration details had already been changed. The SAPS are investigating this interesting and puzzling case.
