COMPETITIONS TRIBUNAL FINDS IN FAVOUR OF TRACETEC

 

You may have read in the news that the 3 major South African companies together with the Industry body “VESA” have been found guilty of anti-competitive practices.
The Competitions Tribunal ruled that “the effect was condemning consumers to higher prices and deny them the benefit of new technologies”.
This has since been followed by denials in the Press from the 3 companies, which may well confuse actual and potential TRACETEC customers as to what happened.
