New Client Finalist
20 x Finalist will be drawn from new clients and current clients
who add an extra vehicle, between 12th June 2008 to 31st
October 2008. To be eligible to be a finalist the client
must still be active at the end of October 2008. No entries
will be accepted after that date.
The finalists will be determined by a random database search.
The Final
Finalists will be invited to attend a Presentation in Johannesburg in November 2008. The presentation will be held at Dainfern Country Club, JHB on 26th November 2008 at 12h00. Finalists must attend the Presentation to be eligible to win the motor vehicle.
All finalists living further than 500km from Johannesburg will be flown to JHB at Tracetec’s expense on national carriers from major airports.
The Prize
Prize Hamper consists of:
- The grand prize is a Peugeot 308XT in red (It includes a year’s road fund license)
- The vehicle will be fitted with a Tracetec device and it includes a years free monitoring
Tracetec reserves the right to change the vehicle, specification and colour.
In the event the prize vehicle is changed a substitute vehicle will be provided with a maximum value of +10% of the proposed vehicles current value being R225, 900.
In the event a finalist cannot make the gala presentation his/her place will be offered to another finalist by the way of a random electronic selection.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Tracetec reserves the right to change the competion format
if required.
Entry is open to all South Africans residents over the age
of 18, with a positive ID, with a valid Driver’s license.
The competition is not open to members of Tracetec, its appointed
agencies, suppliers, retailers and their immediate, life partners,
business partners and associates.
Audit
An external auditing company will be engaged to verify all results.
The judge’s decision will be final.
The participants entering or taking part in the competition authorize Tracetec to publish or distribute any or all the details of the participant and or to take pictures of the participant for public relation purposes without any liability on the part of Tracetec and or remuneration due to the participant.
By participating in this competition all entrants agree to be bound to the above rules.
Final rules for the radio competition will be published in October 2008.
